Pedal ratio's are a little subjective as it is related to the position of your foot and the pedal pad position but in theory you could have a pedal ratio from 5.4:1 up to 6.9:1 Incorporating technology from the bench mark setting 900-Series, the latest generation of 600-Series pedal assemblies have been engineered to provide excellent performance at competitive prices
The newly redesigned 600-Series pedal assemblies incorporate features such as ramps to prevent balance bar tipping, high-strength 7/16" balance bars, adjustable foot pads and oil-impregnated bronze bushings at pedal pivots.
As with all Tilton pedal assemblies, ergonomic principles have been applied to reduce driver fatigue and provide exceptional feedback.
As the Tilton 72-616 pedal assembly positions the master cylinders inside the car, it is recommended that you use the 76-Series master cylinders with stainless braided hoses or metallic hard lines in order to remain complainant with motorsport regulations with regard to fluids in the cockpit

Pedal assembly is fully optimised for strength, stiffness and weight using Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
Adjustable clutch pedal stop prevents clutch over-stroking.
Forged aluminium pedals with adjustable (vertical & horizontal) foot pads and anti-slip surfaces. Ratios achievable: 5.29:1, 5.44:1, 5.61:1, 5.75:1.
Lightweight aluminium frame features guide "ramps" to reduce balance bar tipping. By decreasing balance bar tipping, friction is decreased and brake repeatability is improved.
Large diameter 7/16"-20 balance bar, allowing front/rear brake bias adjustments, minimises flex to provide a solid pedal feel/response. Coated aluminium clevises for increased durability and reduced friction.
Pedal pivots feature wave washers to reduce lateral pedal movement and oil impregnated bronze bushings decrease stiction.
