  • Latest Flight Cases Now In Stock

Looking for a more professional way to move your tools around, we've got the answer for you here.

We now stock a variety of tool flight cases, with multiple options on how to kit them out. You can get just a simple case for loading your tools into, all the way up to a rally spec kit, coming complete with tools.

    FLIGHT_CASE

Above is the Motamec Service Flight Case MTB-200. It comes complete with the foam lining seen above if you want it, as well as a kit needed to make your own cutaways for your tools.

    External dimensions for these are 550mm x 400mm x 160mm (520mm x 370mm x 150mm internally).

    FLIGHT_CASE_CUTOUT

As for colours of the case, you have the choice of either blue, green, red, or black. You also have five choices for the foam insert; grey, red, orange, green, or blue.

The next setup will be more suited to you if you have a lot more tools to carry around.

    LINED_FLIGHT_CASE

This is the Motamec Service Flight Case MTB-100. It's slightly smaller than the MTB-200 (external dimensions 490mm x 350mm x 195mm) but comes with two liners. Each liner has 24 elasticated grips on it to reduce the risk of your tools moving around and both of the liners sit comfortably into the top cover of the case, doubling the storage on the top and leaving you with the bottom half to fill with whatever you need.

If you don't want to leave the bottom half of the case unorganized, then there is the option of getting the case with an additional, bespoke alloy tray.

    FLIGHT_CASE_TRAY

As with the MTB-200 listed at the top of the post, this one also comes with the option of four different colours, blue, black, red, and green.

If you're just getting started and need a good set of tools, or just need something to take on the road with you instead of your usual set, we've got an option for you too.

    SPEC_CASE

    SPEC_CASE_2

    This is the Motamec Motorsport Tool Kit. It's got the same dimensions as the MTB-200 case listed at the top, but comes with everything you see in it, and also comes in the same four colour options as the other two cases listed here, and the choice of either black and red, or gray and red foam insert. The full tool kit includes;

Whether you're looking to save a few grams of weight here and there, or are just looking to improve the look and feel of your Escort, then the latest panels we've just brought into stock are where you need to be looking.

    MK1_FULL_FG_BOOT

If you're looking at just saving some weight, then the full fiberglass boot panel would be a great place to start for your Mk1 Escort. Weighing in at around 4.6Kg it'll help make a substantial saving in weight over the conventional steel boot and despite being made from fiberglass, it doesn't feel flimsy at all. The internal framework gives the panel real strength and rigidity, and it comes complete with the same mounting points that the original hinges had.

    MK1_CARBON_COMPOSITE

If the full fiberglass panel doesn't do it for you, then there are other options. One if the big sellers at the minute is the Carbon Composite boot. It tips the scales slightly lower than the full fiberglass panel, coming in at around 3.9Kg, and as we all know, the small savings in weight over the whole car soon mount up. The design of it is impressive as well as subtle, the weave of the carbon fibre is visible mainly in the underside recesses of the panel, keeping it light and strong but without compromising the classic look of the car.

If you've got a Mk2 then there are even more options for you, sticking with the rear of the car, there's the Mk2 Fiberglass Boot. It has a similar internal framework as the Mk1 panel, giving it the same strong but light feel. But maybe you want something slightly different. If that's the case then there's this.

    MK2_FG_BOOT_RS_WORKS

For those who don't recongnise the image, it's a fiberglass boot with an RS1800 WORKS spoiler. Now, we do sell the fiberglass spoilers separately if you don't feel like changing the entire boot panel just yet, but if you are, then this saves you the hassle of having to fit it yourself.

    FITTED_RS_BOOT

So there we go, if you're looking at shaving a few kilos off of the rear of your Escort then there aren't many easier ways in which to do it. And if you're looking at shaving some weight off elsewhere on the car, then check out the full range of fiberglass (and carbon fibre) panels available.
