Delivery
We aim to despatch stocked items within 24 hours,* usually delivered in 1 - 3 days
We only charge delivery at cost. Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout for UK, Ireland and the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
We ship worldwide. For international orders please contact us for a shipping quote and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
The couriers
We ship with a range of courier services, depending on the weight and destination, we work with Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, DPD, UK Mail, Parcelforce and PalletLine.
Patment
We accept payment by:
Paypal,
Credit or Debit Card,
Cheque
Postal Orders
Bank Transfer.
Returns
If you wish to return the item, you must notify us via email within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to refund providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories (Postage and Packaging will not be refunded)
Exchange
If you need to exchange an item, again we are happy to do this providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories (There will be a postage and packaging charge on the exchanged item, to be paid before we dispatch).
Faulty Items
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced under warranty or money refunded and will need to be returned within 7 days of receipt.
